The valley-view room and the surprise candlelight dinner made our first trip as a married couple genuinely memorable. Our coordinator was reachable on WhatsApp the entire trip.
Booked this for a friends' trip with barely a week's notice. Everything from the airport pickup to the sunset cruise was on time — zero stress for a group of 8.
The houseboat night was worth the entire trip on its own. Food on board was some of the best Kerala food we had, and the Munnar leg before it was a great contrast.
